Your AI, connected to your daily stack
Find and summarize notes, manage tasks, plan workouts, and prepare meals for your food diary through one StackDaily connection.
Currently in invited early access. Use the private StackDaily installation link provided to you. A public ChatGPT listing is being prepared; Claude testing is still pending.
Connect once, choose what to share
- Open your invitation in ChatGPT and connect StackDaily. Sign in to the StackDaily account you want the assistant to use.
- Select the spaces for notes and tasks, then the permissions you want. Workout and nutrition access applies to your own account. Health permissions and all change permissions are optional.
- For changes, select both read and change access for that area. The assistant needs to check your existing records before preparing a preview.
- Allow your selected access, return to the assistant, and ask it to check your connection. Adding a permission later requires reconnecting and selecting it yourself.
Try a useful first request
- “Find my notes about our launch and summarize the decisions with links.”
- “Create a note from this summary and a task to follow up on Friday.”
- “Help me create a push, pull, legs plan using my exercise library. Ask me about the schedule and equipment first.”
- “Prepare 180g of cooked chicken breast for lunch today. Check my existing foods first.”
You can describe a meal or attach a photo in your assistant. Include portions when you can; nutrition inferred from a photo is an estimate. Imported notes and tasks stay private to AI unless you explicitly opt eligible records in.
Prepared means ready for your approval
Changes are saved only after you open the approval link, review the exact preview, and approve it in StackDaily. Preparing a note, task, workout, or meal does not save it.
Return to the assistant and ask it to check the receipt. Reopen the relevant StackDaily screen to see the saved record. If a preview expires, ask for a new one. Changes require an active StackDaily subscription and enabled early-access write eligibility.
Notes support creation and appending. Tasks support creation, due-date changes, and completion. Workout and food tools have their own previews; ask your assistant what it can do before requesting a change.
Stay in control
Disconnect any assistant in Settings → AI connections. This prevents future access but cannot remove content already shared with that assistant. Its own privacy settings also apply.
If a connection needs authentication, reconnect from your assistant. If a preview cannot load, check that StackDaily is signed into the same account and that the preview has not expired.
